A Warrant Clinic is a one-day, community-led program that helps people resolve warrants for misdemeanor offenses and traffic violations — all in a safe space without the fear of arrest.
In partnership with Growing Real Alternatives Everywhere (GRAE) and local partners, these clinics make justice more accessible while connecting folks to resources they can trust.
What Does a warrant clinic do?
- Helps people clear or reduce warrants for misdemeanor and traffic cases in a safe, supportive setting
- Works to lower or eliminate court fines and fees when possible
- Restores suspended driver’s licenses tied to unresolved warrants
- Connects participants with trusted support services like legal aid, housing resources, and payment plans
- Provides a safe way to resolve court issues without fear of arrest
- Reduces barriers to housing, jobs, and transportation
- Guides participants through next steps so they can move forward with their case and responsibilities
