Before visiting a drive through testing site, you must first be screened by speaking with University Mississippi Medical Center clinician through the C-Spire Health Smartphone app or by phone.

MDES offers online filing for unemployment claims or by phone at 601-855-3133 or 1-888-844-3577. Call centers are now open 7 days per week and online applications can be submitted 24 hours per day. Applicants can also apply at WIN Job Centers.
